🥄 Method

  1. Chill a rocks glass briefly with ice. No rocks glass? Use a sturdy water glass of around 250 to 300 ml.
  2. Add the gin, sweet red vermouth and bitter aperitif to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for about 20 seconds.
  3. Discard the ice from the rocks glass and add one fresh large ice cube. Strain the cocktail over it.
  4. Place the dried blood orange slice on the rim. Let it rest just above the drink briefly to release its aroma.

💡 Good to know
No mixing glass? Stir all three ingredients directly in the rocks glass with plenty of ice. Serve over a fresh large ice cube to slow dilution.
