Dispersing White Tea Balls - Premium GLASS MIX

A soft and refined mix of floral white tea balls, presented in a unique glass storage jar. The mix contains white tea balls with chrysanthemum and white tea balls with osmanthus.

When infused with warm water, the tea leaves and flowers gradually come apart, creating a delicate white tea with fresh, floral and subtly sweet notes.

Choose the size that suits you

• Small tea balls, 60 pieces, 300g: ideal for one glass or a small teapot. One tea ball can generally be infused twice, providing approximately two glasses of tea.
• Large tea balls, 40 pieces, 360g: ideal for teapots holding approximately 1 to 2 litres. When using a 1-litre teapot, the same tea ball can generally be infused twice.

The 2 varieties in this mix

• Chrysanthemum White Tea: delicate white tea with a fresh and lightly floral chrysanthemum note
• Osmanthus White Tea: delicate white tea with subtly sweet, floral and lightly fruity osmanthus notes

A unique, limited-edition glass jar

The tea is presented in an elegant storage jar made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, suitable for temperatures ranging from approximately -20°C to +150°C.

The lid is made from natural Acacia mangium wood. Its natural grain gives every lid a unique pattern. Each lid is also engraved by FruCare in Belgium, making every jar one of a kind.

Only a limited number of these jars are available. Once sold out, they will not be produced again.

How to prepare the small tea balls

1. Place one small tea ball in a glass, tea mug or small teapot with a filter or infuser.
2. Heat the water to approximately 80-85°C.
3. Pour the warm water over the tea ball.
4. Allow it to steep for approximately 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
5. Pour out the tea and infuse the same tea ball again for a second glass.

How to prepare the large tea balls

1. Place one large tea ball in a teapot with a filter, infuser or strainer.
2. Use approximately 1 to 2 litres of water.
3. Heat the water to approximately 80-85°C.
4. Allow it to steep for approximately 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
5. When using approximately 1 litre of water, the same tea ball can generally be infused a second time.

Allow the tea to steep slightly longer during the second infusion. You can continue reinfusing it for as long as the tea releases sufficient flavour.

The tea balls come apart during infusion. Always use a filter, infuser or strainer. The ingredients are edible, but the tea leaves and flowers themselves are not intended to be eaten.

Shelf life and storage

Minimum shelf life of 1 to 2 years. Store in a dry and dark place.
