Apple Ginger Mule

Fresh apple, fiery ginger and a touch of lime. Build this FruCare® twist on the mule straight in the glass and finish with a dried sweet apple slice.

Ingredient	1 glass	Share of mix
🍸 Vodka	5 cl	25%
🍎 Cloudy apple juice	5 cl	25%
🍋‍🟩 Fresh lime juice	1 cl	5%
🫧 Ginger beer, chilled	9 cl	45%

Percentages show each ingredient’s share of the liquid mix, excluding ice and garnish. Total: 20 cl.

• Ice cubes
• 1 dried sweet apple slice from FruCare®

🥄 How to make it

1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the vodka, apple juice and lime juice, then stir briefly.
3. Add the chilled ginger beer and stir gently once more.
4. Tuck the dried apple slice between the ice cubes so it sits partly in the drink.

💡 Good to know
Choose ginger beer for a fiery ginger flavour. Ginger ale gives a softer, sweeter result.

🫧 Prefer it alcohol-free?

Replace the vodka with an extra 5 cl of apple juice and choose 0.0% ginger beer. Keep the other quantities the same.
