Hot Aperol
Aperol works warm, too. Apple juice makes this aperitif smooth and fruity, while dried blood orange, cinnamon and star anise add aroma and character.

| White or rosé wine | 6 cl | 30% |
| Aperol | 4 cl | 20% |
Percentages show the proportion of the liquid mix, excluding ice and garnish. Total: 20 cl.
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 1 dried blood orange slice from FruCare®

🥄 Method
- Heat the apple juice and wine in a small saucepan until warm. Do not let it boil.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Add the Aperol and stir gently.
- Pour into a heat-resistant glass. Add the dried blood orange slice, cinnamon stick and star anise.
- Leave to infuse briefly and serve warm.
💡 Variation
Prefer it a little more bitter? Use 8 cl apple juice, 6 cl wine and 6 cl Aperol, giving 40%, 30% and 30%.
