Shipping policy

1. Delivery times

• Standard shipping via DPD: orders within the Benelux are usually delivered within 3 to 6 working days.
• Express via bpost, Belgium only: for urgent orders from €30, you can choose express delivery for a surcharge if this option is available at checkout. The usual delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
• Other European destinations: usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the country.

These are estimated delivery times. Exceptional circumstances may cause delays. Any expressly agreed delivery deadline and your statutory rights in the event of a delay continue to apply. The available shipping methods and final rate are shown at checkout before payment.

2. Choosing a pickup point

If you have chosen delivery to a pickup point, you can select it directly on the thank-you page after checkout. If you forget, you will receive two reminder emails so you can still make your choice.

You can also choose the pickup point through your customer account. Open your latest order and choose a pickup point. Your choice is registered when you click it; you will not receive a separate confirmation.

No pickup points showing? Check that your house number appears after your street name instead of in the additional address details. If you have any problems, contact office@frucare.shop.

If you do not choose a pickup point within two days, the carrier will automatically select one for you.

3. Shipping area

We ship to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Czechia and Sweden. Checkout checks whether delivery to your specific address is possible.

4. Shipping costs

Any surcharges for a different shipping method, such as express, are shown before payment. The shipping bar helps you while you shop; the final delivery address and selected method determine the available options and costs at checkout.
