Manager Maxim Rosiers grew up among Fruit & Vegetables, and from an early age he accompanied his father in looking for the best products for the family business, now known as "Josa Delivery".
As a result, his passion for healthy food and exclusive fruits has grown since a young age.

After a chef asked him if he could supply dried fruit slices, he started looking for the best slices, only to come to the conclusion that they either had to be shipped from very far away, making the price much too high, or the slices were absolutely were not beautiful and well cared for.
