🥄 Method
- Chill a rocks glass briefly with ice. No rocks glass? Use a sturdy water glass of around 250 to 300 ml.
- Add the gin, sweet red vermouth and bitter aperitif to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for about 20 seconds.
- Discard the ice from the rocks glass and add one fresh large ice cube. Strain the cocktail over it.
- Place the dried blood orange slice on the rim. Let it rest just above the drink briefly to release its aroma.
💡 Good to know
No mixing glass? Stir all three ingredients directly in the rocks glass with plenty of ice. Serve over a fresh large ice cube to slow dilution.
