Hot Aperol
Aperol doesn’t always have to be served cold.
This Hot Aperol is a warm winter aperitif that’s perfect for cold evenings, winter terraces, and end-of-year moments.
The combination of apple juice, wine and Aperol creates a smooth balance of sweet, bitter and spiced notes, while the blood orange adds aroma and visual flair.
Ingredients:
- 50% apple juice
- 30% white or rosé wine
- 20% Aperol
Want it more bitter?
Replace part of the apple juice with Aperol
